It’s best to fly to the airport in Puerto Princesa City and from there you can travel by road all the way to El Nido. It is a 5 hour drive by minivan

There is also a direct flight from MANILA to EL NIDO PALAWAN via ITI (a private airline) These tickets work out around 7000 PHP each way.

TRAVEL & VISA INFORMATION

Most nationalities receive 30 day visa on entry. Visas are easily extendable for an additional two months, multiple times. The girls in our office will take care of this for you. Extension fee is around $100 AUD per extension. Second visa extension, if staying over 59 days, is around $200. Please contact your local Philippine embassy for further information about visas.
