IT IS BEST TO FLY TO CHENNAI. FROM CHENNAI WE CAN ORGANISE A PICK UP BY PRIVATE CAR. ALTERNATIVELY, LOCAL BUSES RUN REGULARLY BETWEEN CHENNAI AND PONDICHERRY - Pondicherry is located two and a half hours away from Chennai by car, and three hours by bus.

TO GET TO PONDICHERRY by...

FLIGHT: A flight to Chennai International Airport, and a taxi from there to Pondicherry will get you to where you need.

TRAIN: There are trains to Pondicherry twice a week from Chennai and Bangalore. Please check irctc.co.in for more information on train schedules and bookings. 

TAXI: A taxi from Bangalore and anywhere in Tamil Nadu is also possible to get to Pondicherry.

BUS: A bus from Chennai is the most pocket-friendly way to get to Pondicherry. Catch your bus at the Koyambedu Bus stand (about 30 minutes from the airport by tuk-tuk) and ask for the Pondicherry ECR bus (Journey - 4 hours as the buses traverses the city). Or, catch your bus at Thiruvanmiyur (40 minutes by tuk-tuk from the airport) and get to Pondicherry within 2 and a half hours.

GETTING TO THE DIVE CENTRE...

Temple Adventures Scuba Diving is located at #16, Ramaradja Street, Pondicherry (PIN: 605001). It is opposite the railway station, and Ramaradja Street is adjacent to the Church on MG Road.

From the main Pondicherry bus depot (Pondicherry NEW Bus Stand), the Dive Centre is only 10 minutes away by tuk-tuk.
