Pre-requisites:

1. Be at least 18 YEARS OLD
2. Be certified as a diver for a MINIMUM SIX MONTHS
3. Have 60 LOGGED DIVES that include experience in night, deep and navigation
4. Have a MINIMUM 100 LOGGED DIVES before sitting the (IE) Instructor Exam
5. Be fit for diving and submit a medical statement signed by a physician within the last 12 months
6. Have proof of CPR and First Aid training within the last 24 months (the PADI EFR course meets this requirement)

• PADI Instructor Application Fee – AUD$385
• Instructor Exam (IE) Fee – AUD$1,190
• EFR Instructor Application Fee – AUD$266
• Specialty Instructor Applications – AUD$152 each
