Dolphins are frequently seen at dive sites during dives or at the surface on the way to the dive sites or during surface intervals.

Our reef is located within the protected marine area of Minay Bay, offering a diverse range of underwater experiences. Here, you can explore dramatic drop-off walls, vibrant sloping coral reefs, or the calm, sheltered waters of a lagoon. Each environment provides a unique opportunity to encounter a variety of marine life, making it a perfect destination for divers of all levels.

Ocean Wonder Dive Center with its beautiful location on Zanzibar's east-south coast in Jambiani, offers a great setting for both beginners and experienced divers. The closest dive site, is just 7 minutes by boat, is perfect for quick and easy access to the underwater wonders.

At our dive center, we are proud to have our own pool dedicated to confined water training sessions. This ensures smooth logistics and allows for flexible scheduling, giving our divers a controlled, comfortable environment.

To reach Zanzibar, fly to Zanzibar International Airport (ZNZ) from major cities or take a ferry from Dar es Salaam (1.5–2 hours). Most travelers need a Tanzanian visa, available on arrival or as an eVisa.

From the airport to Jambiani (60 km, 1–1.5 hours), the best transport options are a private taxi or a hotel transfer.

Budget travelers can take a dala-dala (local minibus 2–3 hours), but it’s slow and crowded — For sure a special experience!
